Sil-Kleer Filter Aids
a unique filter aid made from volcanic rock with stringently controlled process of removing grit and other foreign substances. The resulting filter aid is an extreme pure, inert, white, light weight material having a unique interlocking structure with myriads of microscopic channels. It affords optimum flow rate and sparkling clarity and does not impart taste, odor or color to filtered liquids. Sil-Kleer offers twice as much filtration, pound for pound, than diatomaceous earth. Users can realize substantial savings in filtration operations with a better filter aid at less cost. Sil-Kleer is safe, contains less than 0.1% silica (almost none) compared to D.E. with up to 60% silica. Sil-Kleer fits all pressure, vacuum and rotary filtration equipment with less equipment abrasion. Sil-Kleer can be easily disposed of, a non-hazardous waste. Ship via LTL common carrier, no UPS.
